Champ currently oversees Thekvest’s Economic Inclusion Solutions business unit providing management consulting and transaction advisory services specialising on B-BBEE Strategy formulation, B-BBEE Ownership Transactions advisory, Strategy and Implementation of Enterprise & Supplier Development initiatives and facilitation of access to capital and access to market solutions.
Champ is involved in several strategy design, policy formulation and process optimisation mandates for Thekvest’s current and historical clients.

Lerato is an admitted attorney. Her industry expertise, coupled with her dedication to hard work saw Lerato become a Fortune Magazine Most Powerful Women Alumni in 2019.
Lerato began her career practicing environmental law and has worked extensively with mining companies managing compliance and risk. Over the years Lerato has expanded her scope of acumen as a Director of Thekvest Group and Thekvest Legal Advisory Services. These services are embedded with insights, innovation, and integrity across general company/corporate law advisory.
At the helm of Thekvest is a team of seasoned Directors, each bringing decades of industry expertise, strategic insight, and a shared commitment to excellence. Our leadership team is united by a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, and a drive to deliver lasting impact. Their diverse backgrounds and proven track records ensure that Thekvest remains agile, forward-thinking, and results-driven.
